 Telephone Teller  is an audio response system that gives you 23+ hour access to your Credit Union accounts from any touch-tone telephone, anywhere.  Telephone numbers for CU FAST are: 1-410-392-9792 (for local callers) or 1-888-418-3800 (for those outside the area).  YOUR CREDIT UNION IS AT YOUR FINGERTIPS.  By telephone, CU FAST lets you: 

• Make check withdrawals *

• Check your balances 

• Transfer funds 

• Make loan payments 

• Inquire about cleared drafts 

• Check on deposits and withdrawals 

• Check current CD rates 

• Check current loan rates 

• Verify office hours.

To use CU FAST, all you need is a touch-tone phone and your Personal Identification Number (PIN).  To assign a number you can remember,n call the Credit Union.  When you call the CU FAST number, just punch in your Credit Union account number and your PIN, and you’re in business!

If you want to know your draft (checking) account balance, here’s what you need to do:

Call the CU FAST telephone number 1-410-392-9792 (local) or 1-888-418-3800 (toll free).

Enter your 5 digit TEFCU account number_ _ _ _ _ #

Enter your 5 digit Personal Identification Number (PIN). _ _ _ _ _ #

Enter the Share Draft Account number including the check digit, refer to the last 6 numbers on the bottom of your checks. _ _ _ _ _ _ #

Remember to enter the # symbol after each entry.

CU FAST will tell you your checking account balance.

The "*" key is used as the decimal point.

Your CU FAST PIN is yours alone. No one else knows your PIN and, therefore, no one else has access to your account information.  Please protect your PIN by not disclosing it to anyone. Confidentiality is assured if you follow these safety guidelines
