Attention Members- Credit Union Communication

TEFCU does not currently have (and will not have) the ability to communicate with members via email for the next few months (and more specifically during this conversion).  Members will need to check the website for updates and communications or call the credit union with any questions or concerns.

Attention Members- Bill Pay Conversion May 31st, 2024

1) The old Bill Payment system will be shut down at the close of business tomorrow, May 31st

2) No payments will be sent on the old system after May 31st – as previously communicated, no payments should have been scheduled between May 31st and June 3rd

3) The new Bill payment system will be activated on Monday, June 3rd – any payments scheduled on the old system for payment after
June 3rd should be paid by the new system.

4) All previous payee information should transfer (there should be no need for members to have to re-enter specific old payee information).

5) Members should pay particularly close attention to activity on the new Bill Payment system for the next month or two, to help ensure the conversion was a successful one.

6) Members should call the credit union if they have any questions concerning activity on the old or new Bill Payment systems.

Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) information coming mid-June.
